VDL Wientjes Emmen offers (partial) assembly of your products, from a simple rubber seal up to complex remote controls with PCBs.
Also, your product can be provided by, for example, your logo or a product name by tampon printing.
Furthermore we can weld your products by mirror welding or ultrasonic welding.
Mirror welding is executed on a fully automatic machine.
Ultrasonic welding is used for placing inserts in thermoplastic products. This method is also used for welding two different parts to one product.
